As we ponder Creating the Conditions for a Culture of Peace, we could also consider: Creating the Conditions for the New Revelation. What is being called forth at this time and how will the New Group of World Servers respond? What is the role of NGWS working through the Ajna Center; relating soul and personality; inspiring cooperation on behalf of the common good in this transition time from Pisces to Aquarius; from Ray 6 to Ray 7 ... what does it mean to 'serve as a group?' May we embody and reflect the inner reality through to outer actuality.

  1. Suggestions for practical actions to create a culture of peace:

    Bullying in schools:

There are schools in Sweden where bullying is dealt with on a weekly basis by all students in a class sitting in a circle and victims of bullying telling the bullies that their actions hurt them. Often bullies think they are just making fun, not intending or even realizing the harm they create until told. This knowledge, together with the peer pressure of the entire class becoming aware of their actions help them stop bullying. Thus harmlessness and right speech prevail in those schools.

    The justice system:

Criminals feed off one another. Therefore, I believe it is a mistake to let them form networks in prisons. Instead we could separate them from each other by reintegrating them in rural communities, wearing so called electronic foot chains, as farm hands and educating them as farmers, mechanics etc. giving them renewed structure, a sense of belonging, a sense of contributing and purpose in life. It is important to note that many criminals, probably even murderers, act out of affection, determined by their environment and social circles. Thus removed from the environment and social circles in which the crime took place, many criminals are presumably quite harmless. I think it is worth investigating.
